New Markets Tax Credit

The NMTC team facilitates leveraged loans where applicable through PNC’s commercial lending platforms, including Real Estate, Corporate Banking, Public Finance and Community Development. PNC has a strong and expanding network of Community Development Entity (CDE) partners, supplemented by our own direct NMTC allocations. As an investor and innovator in the program since 2003, we understand the level of coordination and sophistication necessary to bring a project to fruition. Our strategic approach allows us to provide full service financing solutions for our Qualified Active Low Income Community Businesses (QALICBs), and partner CDEs with competitive pricing and efficient delivery.

Historic Tax Credit

PNC's HTC team consists of experienced tax credit investors and are familiar with the various federal and state requirements that can impact your development. In conjunction with providing HTC equity, PNC provides construction financing for commercial and residential projects, mini perms/term loans, letters of credit, lines of credit, loan syndications and long-term financing. Our staff specializes in superior customer service delivered through a centralized point of contact with an integrated underwriting and closing platform aimed at saving our clients time and money.
