The interest rate for Unsecured Small Business Loans will be fixed at a rate that is 1.0% less than PNC’s standard fixed rates in effect on the date a new, Unsecured Small Business Loan is approved. This offer applies to new Unsecured Small Business Loans between $20,000 and $100,000.
The interest rate for Unsecured Small Business Lines of Credit will be a variable rate, based on the Wall Street Journal (WSJ) Prime Rate Index, plus an applicable margin. The margin will be 1.0% less than PNC’s applicable margin in effect on the date a new, Unsecured Small Business Line of Credit is approved. The rate will fluctuate over term of the credit facility based on changes to the WSJ Prime Rate Index from time to time. The actual interest rate will be determined based upon a review of your credit application, the credit product selected and the credit facility amount.
