Choose Your Service
We serve clients through one of two models: 1) as a nondiscretionary 3(21) Investment Advisor where we vet and monitor investment options for plan sponsors or 2) as a discretionary 3(38) Investment Manager where plan sponsors delegate the discretion to select the investment lineup to PNC.
Fiduciary Protection
Both structures provide fiduciary protection in the form of indemnification of certain third-party claims that may be brought against the client related to the selection and monitoring of the plan's investment lineup.
Control Risk
Our process was designed to save you time and to help protect your organization with a well-documented and thorough selection and monitoring process.
