PNC offers a contactless service to our customers visiting select PNC Branches allowing them to send a text (SMS) message to a branch representative. This service will service both ‘walk-in’ customers as well as customers who have arrived for a scheduled appointment. Customers will see signage at our branches with a call-to-action prompting them to send a text message to the short code 762123. PNC will respond to let customers know what place they are in line as well as confirm when they can enter the branch offices for servicing needs. Customers can obtain HELP at any time by replying HELP to 762123 and/or STOP any further messaging by replying STOP to 762123.
