The PINACLE platform provides access to online financial services with the ability to quickly and efficiently initiate transactions and review account information through one source, without costly investment in software or complicated set-up procedures. The PINACLE® the ACH Module provides you with a user-friendly method of originating one-time ACH debit and credit entries, recurring entries via templates or batch import and also the upload of Nacha formatted files.
Traditional types of ACH debit origination supported are Direct Payment and Cash Concentration:
Direct Payment
You obtain authorization and banking information from your customer payers in order to electronically debit your customers. The receivers of the ACH debit entries can be consumers and/or businesses for recurring or one-time amounts owed.
ACH Cash Concentration
Cash Concentration Service enables you to consolidate your company’s funds from various financial institutions into one or more PNC Bank accounts via Automated Clearing House (ACH) debits, allowing for control of the initiation of entries and the destination of ACH debits.
