Online Statements

To sign up to receive online statements or check if you’re already enrolled:

  1. Sign on to Online Banking.
  2. Select Customer Service.
  3. Select Activate Online Statements from the Account Management section.
  4. You can choose a statement type for each account listed. For digital delivery, select the email address(es) where you'd like your notifications sent.
  5. Find the account you'd like to change and select Edit in the Statement Type column. 
  6. Choose your delivery method from the drop-down. You may need to provide information in a pop-up window or select Edit Preferences before submitting.

Online Documents

To sign up to receive online documents or check if you're already enrolled:

  1. Sign on to Online Banking.
  2. Select Customer Service.
  3. Select Online Documents.
  4. Select the gear icon at the top of the About Account Documents section.
  5. Choose how you'll receive documents
  6. For digital delivery, select the email address(es) where you'd like your notifications sent.
  7. Review your selections and submit.
