Amanda is the chief investment officer for PNC’s Asset Management Group and chair of the PNC Investment Policy committee. She is also a member of the Investment Committee for PNC's pension fund, has recently served on PNC's Corporate Diversity Council and is a PNC-certified Women’s Business Advocate. Amanda leads the firm's overall investment strategy, portfolio and risk management approach and investment solution development across the Asset Management Group, encompassing the Investment Office, PNC Private Bank®, PNC Private Bank Hawthorn® and PNC Institutional Asset Management®.
Amanda’s investment leadership guides the firm’s holistic, tailored approach to serving the investment and wealth management needs of individuals, families, corporations and institutions across PNC’s nationwide footprint. She is the face and voice of the firm on all things investing, contributing to news and magazine articles, as well as making frequent appearances as a guest on national television, radio broadcasts and podcasts across a variety of media outlets, including Barron’s, Bloomberg, CNBC, CNN, the Financial Times and The Wall Street Journal. Amanda also authors thought leadership and is a top voice across several social media channels on key investment topics. Prior to being named to her current position in April 2021, Amanda was the Chief Investment Strategist for PNC. She began her career in investment banking, advisory and equity research positions with Legg Mason and then with PNC.
Amanda graduated with a Bachelor of Science in finance and economics from Penn State University’s Schreyer Honors College. Amanda holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) designation. She is a member of the CFA Institute and CFA Society of Philadelphia, and sits on the boards of several nonprofit organizations.
