Alistair Hood
Regional Director
Alistair has developed an established network of advisory professionals both in the North Eastand in Scotland over a 25-year period.
Some of Alistair’s transactions include the refinancing of dairy products business, Dale Farm, and Powerscourt Distillery, a whiskey distillery, both of whom are based in Ireland.

Kelly Henney
Regional Director
Kelly joined PNC in October 2021 and has over 20+ years of experience within the banking and corporate finance industry. She continues to build upon her extensive advisory and sponsor relationships in her role of finding, structuring, and closing new transactions. Prior to PNC, Kelly held senior roles at a UK challenger bank and two leading high street banking groups.
Some of Kelly’s transactions include the management buyout of existing client, Retail & Asset Solutions and the acquisition of O&S Doors for Rubicon Partners.
Kelly’s interests include fitness nutrition and travel.

Steve Buckmaster
Regional Director
Steve has a long history of completing transactions for owner managed and Private Equity owned companies. His strong relationship focused approached to lending fits perfectly within PNC Business Credit.
Steve’s most recent transactions include the Super Senior First-Out Structure facilities provided to Astorg for Fastmarkets and to Exponent for Evergreen Garden Care.

Yuhi Ohno
Regional Director
Yuhi is a qualified chartered accountant, joined PNC in February 2023 with over 10+ years of experience in lending and corporate finance. He spent time working for a “Big 4” accountancy firm working in Audit and Financial Restructuring, and most recently spent several years at a US alternative lender, originating and structuring asset-based lending opportunities in the UK and Continental Europe.
Through his experience, Yuhi focuses on analysing and producing tailor-made optimal solutions to his corporate and private equity clients and developing strong win-win relationships.
Yuhi has a keen interest in baseball and golf and enjoys gaming and listening to classical music.

Ed Hampton-Matthews
Business Development Associate
Ed joined PNC back in 2022 after gaining experience within the corporate banking division of a well-known global bank and asset manager. He continues to build upon his business development relationships with advisors and Private Equity firms to find, structure and close new business transactions.
Ed’s transactions include the working capital solution for YFM Equity Partners for ThinkHire, a renewable energy solutions business.
Ed is a keen runner and sailor, partaking in regular marathons and getting out on the water as much as possible.

Stuart Baty
Regional Director
Stuart joined PNC with 14 years’ experience of originating and structuring senior secured facilities for UK clearing and challenger banks. He has completed multiple deals across a wide range of sectors within the UK, working closely with introducers and professional advisors across London and the South East. Stuart also holds an MBA from Warwick Business School.
Some of Stuart’s transactions include the acquisition of Weldfast UK for Newable Capital and the working capital for Chapel Down Group Plc, a winery and vineyard in Kent.
Stuart’s interests include trail running and motorsport.

Justin Edwards
Regional Director
Justin joined PNC Business Credit in November 2015. He has specialised in the senior secured arena for over 20 years, working for both UK & US owned banks and completing transactions for owner managed and Private Equity owned companies. Justin also holds an MBA from Bournemouth University Business School.
Justin’s transactions include the recapitalisation of Belgium platform, Silverfin, for Hg Capital and the refinance of on-demand Consumer research platform, GWI, for Permira, both via PNC’s recurring revenue Technology Finance solution.
