Accessibility at PNC

We have embedded accessibility into our recruiting strategies, and all recruiters complete mandatory acessibility training. PNC engages with strategic partners from local and national organizations to build and broaden our reach to candidates with disabilities.
If you need an accommodation to participate in our application process, please email us at accommodationrequest@pnc.com. All the information you provide will be kept confidential.
- Ask for personal or sensitive information that you didn't already include in your application.
- Text your mobile device asking for personal information such as your social security number.
- Email you from a non-PNC (or its subsidiaries) account domain such as Gmail or Yahoo.
- Conduct chat-based interviews for any open roles.
PNC recruiters will:
- Email you from a pnc account domain - pnc.com or harriswilliams.com
- Communicate updates about your application or interview through phone numbers or email addresses associated with a PNC account.
- Conduct in-person or virtual interviews
- Note: During virtual interviews we require the use of a video camera to confirm your identity.

After this screening, candidates selected to move forward in the process may be interviewed in person or via video by a hiring manager, recruiter, or a panel of PNC employees. This is our opportunity to get to know one another and further evaluate your skills and qualifications. The use of generative AI of any kind during interviews and assessments is not permitted. If you're not in person, it's important to have your camera on!

If you are selected for the role:
- Your recruiter will extend to you a verbal offer, including various details about the position and total rewards.
- Upon verbal acceptance, a formal offer will be sent via email for electronic acceptance.
- Look for an email from preemployment@pnc.com. It contains a personalized hyperlink to complete your candidate profile with PNC's background check provider.
- Once complete, the provider will send you a link to schedule your background check screening appointment in a location near you.
- Additional communications will follow regarding your anticipated start date and onboarding details.
